Le Grey Beirut Hotel
Beirut, Lebanon
One of the East Mediterranean’s finest five-star hotels, this development continues the restraint and contemporary-classic appeal from Le Grey Antigua. Developed in collaboration with Australian architect Kevin Dash the hotel commands stunning views over the Mediterranean, and to the peaks of Mount Lebanon.
A central floor-to-ceiling, glass-topped atrium means the building is filled with light from the inside out, and allows a lightness of touch in the interior design.
Food and beverage spaces formed a central part of the brief, and saw the creation of several outlets comprising Gordon’s Café (a vibrant street-level venue), Indigo on the Roof (a classic modern restaurant with city views), Cherry on the Rooftop (a summer rooftop pool lounge), Bar Three Sixty (for winter panoramics), and the Cigar Lounge.
